The Phoenix at Steamboat exterior remodel is now complete
Over $4 million dollars have been spent on new windows and balcony doors, new stucco and siding, new garage doors, a new pool patio deck, and new lighting and signage. New materials, colors, and textures were used to completely transform the property to reflect modern architectural styles. In addition to the striking new exterior, there have been several interior remodels as well.
The NEW Phoenix at Steamboat has been considered one of the finest locations for families, ski groups, reunions, and business retreats for over 25 years. Situated directly across the street from the Steamboat Ski Area, The Phoenix is the perfect winter vacation destination. Walk to the gondola, the kids vacation center, base area shops and restaurants, and more. These beautifully furnished condominiums offer floor plans from spacious four-bedroom layouts to more intimate two-bedroom units. Enjoy the outdoor heated pool and hot tubs after your daily Steamboat adventure. The renovation of the Phoenix continues in 2012 with the attention now moving to the remodeling of the front desk and clubhouse. The new clubhouse will feature a remodeled exercise facility, guest lounge with comfy seating and large flat screen TV, and a business center with complimentary internet access. Mountain Resorts offers winter shuttle service for guests of The Phoenix for trips to the grocery store or downtown Steamboat Springs.
