Laissez Les Bons Temps Rouler-The good times are definitely ready to roll in Ski Town, U.S.A.® when the Steamboat Mardi Gras Festival comes marching in from February 7-12 with free concerts, parades, a Cajun BBQ and beer festival and more. Throughout the celebration, food enthusiasts can enjoy Mardi Gras themed lunch creations across the mountain. The festival culminates on Fat Tuesday with an all-day celebration featuring snow sculpture contest at the chairlifts, restaurant contests, special activities, and plenty of beads to go around.
