This garden level Two Bedroom condominium has a mountain view. The well equipped kitchen features new cabinets, granite counter tops and a flat cook top stove. There is seating for six at the dining room table and an additional two at the kitchen counter. The living area has a 40" flat screen TV with a DVD player, a ceiling fan and an AirDream technology queen size sleeper sofa. The master bedroom has a flat screen TV with a DVD player, a queen size bed and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a ceiling fan. The bathrooms have been newly remodeled with granite counters, tile surround showers heated tile floors. One of the bathrooms is equipped with an European style washer-dryer combination unit.

Welcome to our Mountain home at The Rockies–we hope you find it as comfortable as we do. Our unit is furnished based on our experiences of renting ski condos over the last 35 years with close to 30 years at Steamboat. The Rockies Condos were always our family’s first choice in renting as it is perfect for families or a romantic getaway. Our girls learned to ski on these slopes and are now bringing their children. We have many wonderful memories skiing with family and friends- the hearty homemade meals - board games by the fire. Welcome to Steamboat-Friendliest Ski Town in America! ENJOY!

Our studio rates are comparable to Hotels in Steamboat Springs Colorado area that are located further away from the slopes but you have the luxury of a living room, balcony and kitchen. We have the complimentary SST City Bus stop at the property every 20 minutes. The Steamboat Springs Transit loops around the Rockies and makes various stops at the Mountain area on its route back to the Gondola Transit Center. International Travelers love the self-catering apartments with fully equipped kitchen plus all the linens and towels that make them feel right at home without being in a cramped hotel room. The Rockies Condominiums are within walking distance to Ski Time Square, the indoor year-round Tennis Center and the Strings Music Festival pavilion in the summer.
