This ski in/ski out Four Bedroom town home has a three level floor plan and a private deck with barbeque facing the ski run. There is seating for eight at the dining room table plus three bar stools at the kitchen counter. The kitchen features granite counter tops and black appliances. There is a 42" flat screen TV with HD cable, a DVR and a DVD player in the living area as well as a gas fireplace and a queen size sleeper sofa. The master bedroom (upstairs) has a King size bed and a 27" flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed, a twin bed and a 27" flat screen TV. The third bedroom (downstairs) has a Queen bed, a twin bed and a 27" flat screen TV. The fourth bedroom has a King size bed and a 27" flat screen TV. This unit has access to the pool and exercise facility. The owner of this condominium has chosen to not accept summer sports team participant guests.

Owner Notes

This is a beautiful unit with recently (2012) remodeled bathrooms and kitchen. The décor is warm and inviting. It is located off of the beginner-level ski run, Right O’ Way and is easy for any level of skier to ski-in and ski-out. The Gondola and the base lifts are only a short ski distance away. If looking at a ski trail map of Steamboat, this home is located on the trail Right O’ Way, where Swinger and Giggle Gulch intersect. If you’re looking for a summer get-a-way, this home with balconies on all three levels is perfect. Walk out the back door for a short stroll, a vigorous mountain hike, or adventurous bike ride up the trail. In the spring take in the mountain air; and in the fall experience the bright and vibrant colors of the changing leaves that blanket the mountain. This unit provides access to the fitness center, swimming pool and Jacuzzi – a welcome respite after a hard day of hitting the slopes. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do. These three-level, three and four-bedroom townhouses offer exceptional privacy in a secluded, slope side location immediately adjacent to the Right-O-Way ski trail. Storm Meadows Townhouses offer guests the ability to ski to their lower level bedroom balcony. The ski trail is your backyard. Covered parking, right outside your front door, is provided for each townhouse. Scheduled shuttle service to all of Steamboat is available to our winter guests (short walk to shuttle drop-off/pickup).
