This Two Bedroom condominium has a mountain view and private deck overlooking Burgess Creek. There is seating for six at the dining room table and an additional 3 at the kitchen counter. There is a 26" TV with a DVD player in the living area as well as a queen size sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, and ceiling fan. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed, a 28" flat screen TV with a DVD player and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom also has a Queen size bed and a 26" flat screen TV with a DVD player and a ceiling fan.

Welcome to our Colorado mountain home at the Terraces at Eagle Ridge. We hope you find our unit’s location, over-looking Burgess Creek and away from the road, warm and inviting. We have decorated our unit with the traditional Southwestern style with a few of our own special additions. Our family enjoys the heated hot tub and swimming pool year round and appreciate the heated underground parking, ski lockers and fitness room located conveniently just down stairs. Even though we are less than 500 yards from the ski resort, we take the free shuttle to the ski hill that picks us up at the front of our building and brings us back at the end of the day. Welcome to Steamboat Springs. We hope you have a great time during your visit.

The Terraces at EagleRidge combines the elegance of fine country living with the convenience of first class services and amenities. These twenty-eight luxury condominiums are nestled in a premier location at the base of Steamboat's Mt. Werner. Although The Terraces is only a short stroll to the Steamboat Gondola, our winter season private shuttle is also available to whisk you comfortably to the ski base area or anywhere in Steamboat. Each of the two, three and three-bedroom plus den residences has one or more private covered outdoor terraces with views of the Steamboat ski area or scenic Yampa Valley. After an exciting day on the slopes, relax in the outdoor heated pool or hot tub, or wander the serene Burgess Creek walking path to one of the many fine restaurants and shops in Steamboat's mountain village. Guests at the Terraces have access to ski lockers in the garage level of the complex.
