This corner 1 BD / 1 BA condominium has a private balcony with valley views and boasts custom updates to add unique mountain flair and character throughout! The main living space is warm and inviting with wood flooring, neutral wall colors complimenting the rich textures of the floor rugs, detailed wood work and furniture, and stone surround fireplace.

The kitchen is well appointed with stainless steel appliances as well as tile countertops. Enjoy meals at the dining table which is set in front of the sliding glass doors, taking in lots of natural light! The bedroom has a queen size bed and flat screen TV, ample storage with large dresser and closet. The bathroom has been nicely updated with a granite vanity, custom tile and a rain shower head, and can be accessed from the entry area and bedroom. There is also a queen sleeper in the living room for additional bedding needs.

Storm Meadows I at Christie Base

Storm Meadows I at Christie Base is located directly off the Right-O-Way beginner’s run at the base of the Steamboat Ski Area. Guests can easily access the slopes with a short walk from the property. At lunchtime or day’s end, guests can ski or snowboard right back to their building.

This convenient property offers views of the ski slopes and south Yampa Valley. These large studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom condominiums are located just above Ski Time Square, putting apres-ski activities, shops and restaurants just a short walk away. Relish a relaxing soak in the hot tub after a day of indulging in Steamboat's legendary powder or other winter adventures.

This hillside building is entered from the parking lot on the fifth floor. The elevator services floors three through six. Stairs to the first level provide access to the slopes and hot tub.

During summer, enjoy the easy stroll along the Steamboat Ski Area promenade and the refreshing Rocky Mountain stream that flows through the base area, where summer activities and events such as free concerts and art exhibits enhance Steamboat Springs’ splendid summertime surroundings.

Condo was clean and in good condition. Ski locker out of room was great. Hot tub was excellent and the location was great as well!

overall, we were pumped to be staying at the base- very special experience for me and my son to have ski-in/out on his last spring break as a high schooler! the unit itself was fair. everything worked except for the fireplace. a maintenance guy came on night one to try to fix, but he couldn't. he said someone would come by on monday, and that didn't happen either. minor disappointment that we missed the ambiance of having a fire. everything in the kitchen worked great. all the pots, pans, coffee maker, utensils, etc. were nice to have- not all rentals have all the things needed to cook, so we were very happy about that. the beds were comfortable. usually fold-out couches are terrible- this one was fine. the walls and ceilings are thin, so we heard a lot of noise. especially from our neighbor just down the hall. they left their door open each and every afternoon and evening so we got to hear all the noise from their partying- super inconsiderate. this issue had nothing to do with the actual rental though. on to other things- the hot tub was great. perfect temperature and the jets were strong- loved it! only other ding was the parking situation. seemed that there weren't enough spots for everyone and access to the available spots was also tight- hard to pull/back in. hope this was helpful!

The rental was great! It was so convenient to town and an easy walk to the base. The unit was very clean when we arrived. The unit also has plenty of pans, pots etc. to cook while there without going out for all meals. I love that renters get a parking pass and not have to worry about finding a space on crowded days.

My son and I loved the property. It was so convenient to town and most important a less than a 5-minute walk to get to base. No worrying about parking on the busy weekend at the mountain. We loved that the unit had a storage closet for our equipment.

Incredible location-minutes to skiing with full gear. Condo was nicely decorated. Very homey and comfortable. Not a typical sterile resort rental. Clearly someone's home with everything one might need for a lengthy stay. Can't wait to come back in summer for mtn biking right out the door. Even has Netflix and Apple TV-wow.

Quite close to slopes and equipment rental so very convenient. Apartment is excellently equipped, pretty much anything you can think of can be found, pleasantly surprised. I'm rating 4 stars because the sleeper sofa needs some TLC; it provides very little support might be okay for a small child though. Large bed was very comfy, nice pillows, plenty of blankets for everyone. Thank you, will definitely consider for another stay!
