The living room has a queen sized sleeper sofa, flat screen television and opens up to the outside deck with wonderful views of the ski area. The kitchen comes fully equipped and there is dining for three at the bar.

Perched atop a ridge overlooking the Steamboat Ski Area base, Storm Watch features stunning views and a convenient location at affordable prices. Storm Watch offers 1- and 2-bedroom condominiums, each equipped with a full kitchen, gas fireplace and private deck with views of Mt. Werner and the south valley. The ski area base, along with the shops and restaurants in Ski Time Square and Gondola Square, are within walking distance. Onsite laundry facilities provide additional convenience.

Brilliant View

We visited during the summer. The balcony is awesome, with great views of the slopes, beautiful sunrises & sunsets. The two bathrooms were really convenient. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place for any season, I imagine during the winter it's super convenient for getting to the slopes.

We loved our stay with Pioneer Ridge. Our place was clean and the perfect size for 3 or 4 people. We had spectacular views of the slopes, with a nice sized porch to enjoy it. We visited during the summer and it was a little hot when we first walked in, but we turned the fan on in the bedroom, and once that got going the place felt great.

We had a great time staying at the condos!! We had everything we needed for our stay. Everything was a breeze with check in. Only thing I would recommend is to change the mattress in the couch because it is very thin and you can feel the bar while sleeping.

Great Condo - Great Location

We enjoyed staying at this condo and highly recommend it. It over looks the base of the ski mountain. We got to watch the Friday night fireworks from the condo! The condo was clean and comfortable. The only issue was parking was REALLY tight. If you have a long bed truck, I'm not sure you could park in the one space available. We also missed having a hot tub available - but we were called to warn us there was no hot tub and we would need a vehicle to get around. Even with those minor items, we enjoyed our stay want to stay here again. We would recommend this condo to others.

Wonderful time

Had a wonderful stay in Steamboat!! Pioneer Ridge was suggested by a friend and the process was effortless. The website was user friendly and very helpful in comparing and picking a property. In followup calls to the office, they were very helpful and answered all of my questions. It was a great property, quiet, just like home and made the trip that much more enjoyable. Just a few steps so it was easy from parking to the front door. I would definitely book through Pioneer Ridge again.

Worth staying just for the view

Nice little place for a family of four. We stayed with our kids, ages 3 and 7. The fact that there were two bathrooms made a big difference. The view of the ski resort is absolutely gorgeous during the day and evening. The shuttle service offered was super fast and efficient. Definitely would stay here again.

Steamboat Springs is the most beautiful powdery place on earth!

The condo was very nice, we rented a sleeps 4 with 1 bath and got a two bath! That was a nice surprise. Out view of the mountain was breathtaking, when we could see it through all the dumping powder that is! The village base is beautiful but we didn't get to see the Ice Castle because we had to leave before hand. The place is amazing! We will be back for sure! Maybe Stormwatch, maybe another property, but we loved the Pioneer Ridge customer service. Come to think of it, the whole town was hospitable. Some locations in the United States that are tourist attractions do not have such friendly customer service and friendly local patrons willing to smile and wave. The safety and security of the whole town and resort and town of Steamboat Springs is unparalleled in the United States of america!
