Walk to Slopes
This is the one and only 4 bedroom condominium at The West and can accommodate large groups or families of up to 10 guests. The large living space, kitchen, and dining area are on the top floor, boasting exceptional views of the valley and capturing an abundance of natural light in the cathedral ceiling windows. There is also a deck that is accessible from the living room. Offering ample seating for the group, the living room has a large sectional sofa positioned to take in the views of the mountains or soak up the ambiance by the fire in the winter time, as well as another sofa and armchair. The dining table seats six with another four on the window bench. The Master bedroom has a king bed, a private bathroom, as well as an attached sunroom/yoga nook with reading chairs and a writing desk. The other three bedrooms each have two twin beds (two of them are extra-long singles) and share two bathrooms. There is an outdoor lockable ski storage facility. Rollingstone Ranch Golf Discounts Guests of W3301 at The West Condominiums receive discounted golf rates at the Rollingstone Ranch Golf Club, one of the top 10 resort courses in Colorado according to Colorado Golf Magazine. The four lodging buildings, as well as the clubhouse, all are easily accessible from the central parking lot and are only some 200 yards from the mountain village and Steamboat Gondola. Whether you're enjoying The West as a winter or summer getaway, a short stroll down the West-to-Village access path leads you directly to the gondola and Christie Express lift, Steamboat Snow School, Kids Vacation Center, and the shops and restaurants at the Steamboat base area. Complimentary shuttle service is provided by Mountain Resorts during the winter months for easy access to the grocery store and downtown Steamboat Springs.
During summer, enjoy scenic views from the pool and outdoor grill area, or stroll to the Steamboat Ski Area promenade, where you can cool your feet in the refreshing Rocky Mountain stream that flows through the base area. Summer activities and events such as free concerts and art exhibits further enhance Steamboat's splendid summertime surroundings.

This condo was wonderful. Nice comfortable couch and big living room with Fireplace. The bedrooms were all nice, comfortable beds with a TV in each room and cable included. There was a nice balcony off living room and in the downstairs bedroom. Very close to walking to Gondola Square so it made it nice for the group to walk back if someone was tired of skiing or forgot something in the room. It also has a sauna:-) We enjoyed our stay there very much!

Unit #3301 was perfect for our large family. We were 12 in total and the unit had beds, privacy and three bathrooms. The pool and grill area was perfect for lunch and dinner on several occasions. Location is perfect, near parks, stores with easy access to Hwy. 40. The staff kept the grounds clean, orderly and responded same day when we needed anything. Great week :)
