Walk to Slopes
Remodeled in Summer 2019 this lovely split-level 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condominium at The West is sure to impress. Styled with a contemporary feel and complimented with warm wood furniture pieces. Enjoy the open layout and updated living spaces & bathrooms. The kitchen has gorgeous light cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. This is also the only 2-bedroom condominium at the West that features a half-bath on the main level! The living room opens out to a private patio, which offers views of the valley. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV and attached bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds, flat screen TV and the guest bathroom is located off the hallway. For additional bedding needs there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

The West Condominiums
Perched atop its own private hillside, The West Condominiums offer spectacular views of the Steamboat Ski Area and the Yampa Valley, and this popular Steamboat lodging complex provides guests with a mountaintop retreat located directly above Steamboat's mountain village.
The four lodging buildings, as well as the clubhouse, all are easily accessible from the central parking lot and are only some 200 yards from the mountain village and Steamboat Gondola. Whether you're enjoying The West as a winter or summer getaway, a short stroll down the West-to-Village access path leads you directly to the gondola and Christie Express lift, Steamboat Snow School, Kids Vacation Center, and the shops and restaurants at the Steamboat base area. Complimentary shuttle service is provided by Mountain Resorts during the winter months for easy access to the grocery store and downtown Steamboat Springs.
During summer, enjoy scenic views from the pool and outdoor grill area, or stroll to the Steamboat Ski Area promenade, where you can cool your feet in the refreshing Rocky Mountain stream that flows through the base area. Summer activities and events such as free concerts and art exhibits further enhance Steamboat's splendid summertime surroundings.

Perfect location to experience Steamboat

The unit was perfect for my husband and our 2 children. We enjoyed having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. The living room and kitchen provided enough room for all of us to relax and enjoy breakfasts and snacks together. The kitchen and baths are nicely updated and has all you need at your fingertips. Short 7 minute walk to the gondola and base of the mountain. Perfect location for skiing and enjoying the base of the mountain. Parking is easy. Mountain resorts is communicative and helpful in ensuring all is set. The only thing missing was a washer /dryer in unit, but there is a communal laundry room in the vicinity. We love Steamboat and look forward to returning again soon! Thank you!

Condo is perfect location to stay in Steamboat. It is walking distance to the lifts unless you are in ski boots and there is ice on the pathway :). The kitchen is FULLY equipped for cooking a great home meal if you want a night in. It is an amazing location that’s 10 or less minutes from everything. Close enough to town that it’s a short drive or shuttle.. Hot tubs across the parking lot were an added bonus after a day of skiing. We can’t wait to come back to Steamboat

This condo is the perfect place to stay in steamboat. It is completely accurate based upon the pictures. It’s so nice that there’s two floors. The kitchen is FULLY equipped for cooking a great home meal if you want a night in. It is an amazing location that’s 10 or less minutes from everything. Close enough to town that it’s a short drive or even a quick walk down the mountain, but you’re not right smack downtown. It is so cozy. It’s quiet and calm. The patio is lovely. The resident neighbors are very friendly and welcoming. We will absolutely stay here again when we come back to steamboat.
