Walk to Slopes
The West 3531 is a split level two bedroom corner condominium, facing the ski area and offering terrific views of the mountain. It is located in building D, which is closest to the village access path and clubhouse facilities. This lovely condominium offers two floors of living space. The upper level is an open great room, with an abundance of natural light, and the kitchen has granite counter tops. The master bedroom located on the lower level has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a split king, which can be made into 2 twin beds or 1 king bed upon request. Both of the bathrooms have been updated with granite counters and dark tile showers.

The West Condominiums
Perched atop its own private hillside, The West Condominiums offer spectacular views of the Steamboat Ski Area and the Yampa Valley, and this popular Steamboat lodging complex provides guests with a mountaintop retreat located directly above Steamboat's mountain village.
The four lodging buildings, as well as the clubhouse, all are easily accessible from the central parking lot and are only some 200 yards from the mountain village and Steamboat Gondola. Whether you're enjoying The West as a winter or summer getaway, a short stroll down the West-to-Village access path leads you directly to the gondola and Christie Express lift, Steamboat Snow School, Kids Vacation Center, and the shops and restaurants at the Steamboat base area. Complimentary shuttle service is provided by Mountain Resorts during the winter months for easy access to the grocery store and downtown Steamboat Springs.
During summer, enjoy scenic views from the pool and outdoor grill area, or stroll to the Steamboat Ski Area promenade, where you can cool your feet in the refreshing Rocky Mountain stream that flows through the base area. Summer activities and events such as free concerts and art exhibits further enhance Steamboat's splendid summertime surroundings.

We enjoyed our stay at The West 3531. The views were awesome and location of the hot tube/pool as well as the mtn were convenient. The rental was clean except for the windows.

The location of this property is fantastic and the views are perfect! Our family enjoyed the property and would stay again. Our only reason for giving it a 4-star overall rating instead of a 5-star is the queen bed mattress. We had a rough time sleeping. It should be replaced.

The unit has a great view from the living room to the mountain ski resort. The dining and living room are very spacious to relax and/or watch TV. It’s 5 minutes walking distance to lifts. The bed are very comfortable We definitely will come back!

The property was very clean and the perfect setup for our family. The pool was open which was a great surprise since most properties do not have their pool open. Beautiful views from each window. The condo’s top floor was hard to keep cool even with the provided fans and following the instructions left by property management but only the lower level stayed very cool which was great for sleeping.
