We were able to walk to slopes! Gas fireplace stopped working and we called management - they sent someone over immediately and it was fixed within the hour. Condo was comfortable. A little dated but accurate to the description online. Hot tub was great, not crowded!

Staying at Shadow Run was a great experience. The staff at the management office was very friendly and accommodating. The condo was in great condition and very clean. The property is great with a nice hot tub and pool on site. I will definitely stay here again! I also found the app very helpful and handy. Great experience overall!

Mountain Resorts doesn’t disappoint! The location was great with multiple bus and shuttle options or just a 0.75 mile walk to the gondola. The condo was a great size with a full stocked kitchen. The hot tub is always a great addition after a long ski day. We will continue to use Mountain Resorts again and again.

We had an awesome time at Steamboat and this condo has a great location. The location is close to the slopes, restaurants and the grocery store. It was clean, updated and comfortable. The only few complaints are the tiny master bath shower, creaky bunk beds and broken, very uncomfortable pullout couch. There were also times that the hot tub was locked. There were plenty of towels, ample kitchen supplies and maintenance was prompt when we needed assistance.

December 2016 Stay

We found the folks at Mountain Resorts to be extremely accommodating, super nice and helpful. We will for sure rent through them again. We learned a few things that would have been nice knowing up front... Shadowrun was comfortable but a bit dated (bathrooms mostly). But we waited late to book for this trip so it was slim picking for what was left. Book early for Christmas! The bus system was very easy to use during the day but not at night. Took us on average about 45 minutes to get home from down town. I would recommend staying in a condo that includes shuttle service. We really like Steamboat and will return and will stay in the Gondola Park area.

The rennovations to the condo make it feel cozy and clean, especially those with the bathrooms and the kitchen, and the hardwood floors in the main area. The place was well-stocked with towels and kitchen cooking gear. The walk to the bus shuttle was just steps away--one or two stops from the Gondola area but what seemed like a 40 minute drive back on the way home. I was highly disappointed that the unit didn't have wi-fi. Perhaps I was operating on assumptions that most places this day and age have wi-fi, but not so. I liked that we could do just a two-night rental and that the bookingn process happened online. It would be great to have a door with a key code and a way to check out without having to return to the Mountain Resort area. Overall, a nice place.

The rental was good. King bed comfortable. Bunk bed okay. There was trash under the beds and sleeper sofa, but the rest seemed clean. My mom had injured herself the week before our ski trip and the stairs were not fun, but if you're healthy, not so bad.
