This two level, three bedroom corner unit condominium has mountain and partial valley views, and two private decks with an electric barbecue. The main floor has the living room, kitchen and two bedrooms, with the master bedroom upstairs. The well equipped kitchen features granite counter tops. There is seating for six at the dining room table plus two bar stools at the kitchen counter. The living area has a 42"
flat screen TV with a DVD player as well as a wood burning fireplace. The main bedroom is upstairs with king bed and en-suite bathroom. There is also a twin bed in the upstairs alcove and bedroom 2 and 3 are located on the main floor.

The Ranch at Steamboat Condominium Resort and Conference Center offers superior accommodations and services at extremely competitive rates. This 36-acre hillside location provides plenty of privacy and ample elbow room, plus spectacular views of the Steamboat Ski Area and Yampa Valley – yet is only minutes from all the action. The Ranch is renowned for its friendly, complimentary private shuttle service (winter only), which transports you to the ski area or downtown Steamboat Springs at your convenience.
The Ranch at Steamboat offers vacation rentals ranging from spacious 4-bedroom condominiums to more intimate 1-bedroom units, with a private bath for each bedroom. Each unit is beautifully appointed and has a full kitchen, private balcony, wood-burning fireplace, washer/dryer, at least two TVs, direct-dial telephones and private heated garages. High-speed internet access is provided in each condominium for guests who bring their network-ready portable computers.
Onsite amenities include a fitness center, outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, men's and ladies' saunas, and four outdoor tennis courts. Please note that the pool and hot tubs are open during winter and summer months only. Arrangements can be made to use the onsite conference room, as well as the catering service that utilizes the onsite professional-grade kitchen.

The unit itself was very nice, spacious and had all of the amenities we needed. It was clean and comfortable.The Ranch property is great. The pictures show the pool and hot tub area, but there are several hot tubs throughout the property. There was one about 30 yards from the front door of the unit. The property shuttles are running on a constant loop during the beginning and end of the ski day. We did not wait more than 3 minutes to catch the shuttle to the mountain and no more than 10 minutes at the base of the mountain to get back. The Ranch Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the mountain, downtown and the weather. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I am sure I could nitpick some things about the unit itself, but anything I would mention had zero effect on our stay or fun. Great location, great condo!

Great place and a lovely facility. We had no house cleaning, trash removal or new towels for the three days we were there. Shuttle service is incredible and we had a great time.
