We are lucky to call Steamboat Springs home. Many of our staff are from and remain here. This local knowledge as well as the personal relationships we have with our community give our guests a unique advantage, especially when it comes to planning your stay with us. Unlike a lot of resorts that were created as resorts, Steamboat Springs was founded and flourished as a ranch town in the heart of the Yampa Valley long before anyone thought it was a good idea to strap barrel staves on their shoes and slide down a snow covered mountain. The western hospitality and pioneer spirit of Steamboat Springs hasn't changed much, even though we’re now a world-class resort. It's still a nice place to live and a wonderful place to visit.
Guest Services
Front Desk–Our professional and friendly front desk staff are available to our Winter guests 24 hours a day. Whether you need to find the best spot for tree skiing, current snow conditions, or ski lessons, we are always there for you. Front desk check-in and guest services are available in our own three story, log building located just off Mt. Werner Road at the entrance to the ski resort.
Concierge Service
At Mountain Resorts we offer our guests complete concierge service. From dinner reservations for twelve, a special birthday party (cake and balloons included), to snow cat tours, rodeo tickets, balloon rides and tee times in the summer– our dedicated and talented concierge staff can get the job done for you. Our concierge service is so good and so popular that even guests that stay with our competitors use it. Bell Service (winter only)
Once you check in at our front desk, our bell service will help you with your luggage and escort you to your condominium. Our bell and housekeeping services are just like the service you would expect in finer hotels. The bonus being that your condominium comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen and all the comforts of home. We think it adds up to a vacation you won’t soon forget.
