Your dedicated rental manager walks you through the onboarding process and is there to assist throughout your partnership with Mountain Resorts. Our competent and capable maintenance and housekeeping staff become familiar with your property and your preferences for owner use, so each guest and owner arrival exceeds expectations. The entire staff of Mountain Resorts lives in the Yampa Valley and takes pride in our community.

Steamboat is a small resort community with global appeal, so our in-house marketing department takes a global approach. We employ sophisticated digital ad campaigns coupled with email, post cards, and social media to drive direct bookings; and through a direct connect with our property management software we distribute your property across multiple online booking agencies like Vrbo, Airbnb, Whimstay, & Hopper. We partner with Steamboat Central Reservations, Steamboat Resort's in-house travel agency, for greater occupancy during the winter, and local event producers to increase bookings for summer and shoulder seasons.

Direct bookings are the most profitable guests. We book over 50% of our business directly through our websites and our locally staffed Vacation Sales Center. These guests are loyal and often willing to pay a premium for the best properties. By investing in effective marketing strategies and tools across various media platforms, we attract and retain these high-value guests. They also write the kindest reviews.

VIP Shuttle Service
Resort Group, Mountain Resorts' parent company, operates one of the largest and newest shuttle fleets in the Yampa Valley. Shuttle service is available to owners and guests at select properties. Each shuttle has auxiliary rear heating for rider comfort, and rear cabin and entry door lighting for convenient entry and exit. Vehicles are equipped with current ski and snowboard racks, as well as the finest safety features available. All drivers are required to attend educational safety orientations and driver training, and prior to each shift must perform a safety inspection of the vehicle.
RG Shuttle App
The RG SHUTTLE Mobile App enables riders to request shuttle service via their mobile device and provides real-time updates on the status of their pick-up. Pick-up and drop-off locations are integrated with Google search listings, providing a simple and intuitive user experience. The RG SHUTTLE Mobile App is available for both iPhone and Android mobile devices.
Guest Lounge / Front Desk
Mountain Resorts maintains a centrally located front desk & guest lounge, purpose built to service our guests and owners. Our friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff are ready to assist with any of your needs, and our guest lounge is outfitted with comfy couches and chairs, a large flat screen TV, and a bathroom with lockers and showers for your convenience when travel arrangements do not conicide with check-in or check-out times.
