Walk to Slopes
The West 3324 is a multi-level 2 BD + Loft / 3 BA condominium located within easy walk to the slopes. This property has lovely views of the valley from the living room and primary bedroom. The main level living space was remodeled in 2021 - with new furniture and LVP flooring, plus lovely, renovated kitchen with warm cabinetry and new appliances. This space enjoys vaulted ceilings, large windows and sliding glass doors leading onto the private deck.
Both the primary bedroom and 2nd bedroom are located on the lower level, and the loft bedroom is located upstairs above the living room. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and bath products for your stay.

The West Condominiums
Perched atop its own private hillside, The West Condominiums offer spectacular views of the Steamboat Ski Area and the Yampa Valley, and this popular Steamboat lodging complex provides guests with a mountaintop retreat located directly above Steamboat's mountain village.
The four lodging buildings, as well as the clubhouse, all are easily accessible from the central parking lot and are only some 200 yards from the mountain village and Steamboat Gondola. Whether you're enjoying The West as a winter or summer getaway, a short stroll down the West-to-Village access path leads you directly to the gondola and Christie Express lift, Steamboat Snow School, Kids Vacation Center, and the shops and restaurants at the Steamboat base area. Complimentary shuttle service is provided by Mountain Resorts during the winter months for easy access to the grocery store and downtown Steamboat Springs.
During summer, enjoy scenic views from the pool and outdoor grill area, or stroll to the Steamboat Ski Area promenade, where you can cool your feet in the refreshing Rocky Mountain stream that flows through the base area. Summer activities and events such as free concerts and art exhibits further enhance Steamboat's splendid summertime surroundings.

Great condo for a group skiing at Steamboat

Lovely, spacious, light-filled condo. Comfortable living space and sleeping spaces (each with essentially its own bathroom), had everything we needed (but bring spices/oil if you want to cook), including cubbies for ski helmets, boots etc. Very responsive maintenance team. Walk to gondola and shops/restaurants at main Steamboat area.

This condo was perfectly suited for our 3 guy 4 day ski vacation. Furnishings are a bit dated but everything is clean and kitchen is well equipped and everyone has their own space. Access to gondola square and clean hot tubs are phenomenal. This was a great value- thx!

Was really worried about the crockpot and condiment situation mentioned by the 3-star review. Turns out the place is really rad, clean and spacious so it wasn't a big deal. Insanely close to the gondola, really friendly staff, TWO big hot tubs, and a ton of cooking/cleaning/eating implements. We were really impressed to find a potato masher as well as a pizza cutter when we looked for them. Couldn't recommend enough.

Front desk staff was awesome, along with the gentleman who stopped by to check our fireplace. Very responsive service. The condo was dated, overall not bad. The walking path to the ski slopes was longer than we expected. Overall a good experience and value.
