Waterford Townhome #25 is a 3 level, 3BD / 4.5BA townhome offering incredibly comfortable layout and family friendly feel. Also boasting a indoor private hot tub and A/C! The main floor is a flowing space, linking the updated kitchen, dining area, and large living space with cozy fireplace. There are two decks off the main floor, and a gas grill on the deck closest to the kitchen for easy grilling. The washer/dryer and half bath are also located on the main floor. This townhome is located close to the activities on the mountain, skiing, biking, hiking etc. and plus is one of the closer townhomes to the pool area.
All three of the bedrooms are located upstairs, plus a little nook with arcade game! Each of the bedrooms have an attached bathroom making this perfect for groups and families. On the lower floor and ground level, the townhome offers 2-Car Garage, bathroom and private indoor hot tub and sauna!
***Please note as of July 2022 - the swimming pool is CLOSED until further notice due to a maintenance issue. With the uncertainty of obtaining the required parts a reopening date is unavailable at this time.***

Waterford Townhomes have a beautiful outdoor pool with lounges and outdoor seating, the property also has winter shuttle service available to the ski area.

Base Area (within a mile, no ski access): Waterford Townhomes are located just four blocks from the ski area base. Mountain Resorts provides winter shuttle service for convenient transportation to the ski area, grocery store, and downtown Steamboat Springs.

The condo and location was amazing. One of the best I have stayed in. We loved everything about it. The first day while running around getting in to the condo, grocery shopping and getting skis I dropped my wallet and a neighbor found it and called your customer service and it was returned to me with no problems. What could have been a huge issue was just a bonehead move on my part. I thank you all for the assist.

Great property - clean, beds good but not great. Shuttle service nice, but make sure you are off the mountain by 5:10pm or you will wait 30-60 minutes for a ride. All spices, shampoos, lotions cleaned out after each visitor so bring your own.

Space was great. Really appreciate garage parking. Pool was well maintained and so refreshing. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Ensuite bathrooms for each room was a huge plus. Big kitchen and well stocked with everything needed. Front desk was easy to communicate with and prompt with replies. Confidently recommend.
