Cody Canada & The Departed is an American country rock band formed in 2010 by Cody Canada, the former lead singer and guitarist of Cross Canadian Ragweed. The band also features longtime Ragweed members Jeremy Stacy (drums), David Abeyta (bass), and J.R. Castillo (keyboards). The Departed's sound is a mix of country, rock, and blues, and they have been praised for their live shows.

The band released their debut album, "Hippie Love Punk," in 2015. The album was a critical and commercial success, and it spawned the hit singles "Inbetweener" and "All Nighter." The Departed has since released two more albums, "3" (2018) and "The Wild Ones" (2022).
