Amenities at the complex amenities include outdoor swimming pool (summer only) and two outdoor hot tubs. Moraine Townhomes offer stunning views of the Yampa Valley, and transportation around Steamboat Springs is provided by private shuttle service (winter only). Just moments from Moraine Townhomes is Rollingstone Ranch, among the top golf courses in Colorado's Rocky Mountains. A spectacular 18-hole course designed by Robert Trent Jones II, Rollingstone features incredible Yampa Valley views while Fish Creek winds its way through seven of the holes. Also just up the road, the Steamboat Ski Touring Center offers groomed cross-country and snowshoeing trails for all ability levels, with onsite rentals and lessons.
