Ranch 221 is a two level, 2 BD / 2.5 BA condominium with mountain and valley views, plus private deck and electric barbecue. The main level has the living room, kitchen and half bath plus great entry area to off load gear. There is seating at the dining table plus at the kitchen counter. The living area has wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV and great seating. The lower level was renovated in summer 2022, with new flooring, paint throughout, and stunning bathrooms. Both bedrooms and the laundry closet are located on the lower level.

Ranch at Steamboat

The Ranch at Steamboat Condominium Resort and Conference Center offers superior accommodations and services at extremely competitive rates. This 36-acre hillside location provides plenty of privacy and ample elbow room, plus spectacular views of the Steamboat Ski Area and Yampa Valley – yet is only minutes from all the action. The Ranch is renowned for its friendly, complimentary private shuttle service (winter only), which transports you to the ski area or downtown Steamboat Springs at your convenience.

The Ranch at Steamboat offers vacation rentals ranging from spacious 4-bedroom condominiums to more intimate 1-bedroom units, with a private bath for each bedroom. Each unit is beautifully appointed and has a full kitchen, private balcony, wood-burning fireplace, washer/dryer, at least two TVs, direct-dial telephones and private heated garages. High-speed internet access is provided in each condominium for guests who bring their network-ready portable computers.

Onsite amenities include a fitness center, outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, men's and ladies' saunas, and four outdoor tennis courts. Please note that the pool and hot tubs are open during winter and summer months only. Arrangements can be made to use the onsite conference room, as well as the catering service that utilizes the onsite professional-grade kitchen.

Great place to stay

Located on the mountain, it provided beautiful views. Not that close to walk to and from the ski trail (this is not a ski in/ski out), HOWEVER their shuttle service was great and extremely easy to schedule. We used it primarily to get to and from the mountain, but also to and from downtown after a day of skiing. I would definitely stay again!

Lots of room to relax and slumber. The hot tub was really hot which is always nice! The shuttle service makes getting around Steamboat super easy and convenient! Highly recommend this condo!

I love the set up and locationof the condo. It was peaceful with beautiful views and access to walking trails. The furnishings were clean and comfortable. The washer was not working but we had a very good experience dealing with the awesome staff at the Ranch. The did everything they could to help with this inconvenience. They washed our clothes for us which was Very important to us because my daughters will be on a hiking trip after our stay in Steamboat.

We thoroughly enjoy staying at The Ranch--this was probably our 4th stay. It's not luxurious, but is functional, well-kept, clean, and the personnel seem committed to doing all possible to making our stay as enjoyable as possible. The single car garages are great, although a tight fit with the firewood stacked at the side, and our SUV rentals have never been on the large side, regardless, its so nice having the SUV in the garage for easy access. We couldn't ask for better shuttle service, or more personable drivers.

We had a nice stay here. The condo was clean and well taken care of. While it was a bit dated, it didn't really make for a bad experience. They have done a good job making sure everything is still in good working order.
