Waterford Townhomes have a beautiful outdoor pool with lounges and outdoor seating, the property also has winter shuttle service available to the ski area.

* Please note that the swimming pool will be closed until further notice due to a maintenance issue. With the uncertainty of obtaining the required parts a reopening date is unavailable at this time.

Equipment Rentals at the Best Prices: Mountain Resorts has teamed up with Steamboat Sports and Ski Butlers to provide discounted equipment rentals to our guests. Steamboat Sports offers seven locations, and Ski Butlers offers a convenient delivery, support and pickup service. Learn more here.

YOUTH SPORTS: Please be advised that the Waterford Townhomes Owners Association has adopted a policy of not allowing sport teams and/or players to stay at their property. If you are visiting Steamboat for a youth sports tournament or event, such as Triple Crown, Mountain Soccer or Steamboat Classic Lacrosse, please select another of our fine properties. We apologize for any inconvenience.
OVERSIZED VEHICLES: Oversized vehicles such as recreational vehicles, trailers and boats are not permitted at any of our rental properties and may be towed at the vehicle owner's expense.

Base Area (within a mile, no ski access): Waterford Townhomes are located just four blocks from the ski area base. Mountain Resorts provides winter shuttle service for convenient transportation to the ski area, grocery store, and downtown Steamboat Springs.
