Waterford Townhomes have a beautiful outdoor pool with lounges and outdoor seating, the property also has winter shuttle service available to the ski area.

* Please note that the swimming pool will be closed until further notice due to a maintenance issue. With the uncertainty of obtaining the required parts a reopening date is unavailable at this time.

Equipment Rentals at the Best Prices: Mountain Resorts has teamed up with Steamboat Sports and Ski Butlers to provide discounted equipment rentals to our guests. Steamboat Sports offers seven locations, and Ski Bulters offers a convenient delivery, support and pickup service. Learn more here.

If you are visiting Steamboat for a youth sports tournament or event, such as Triple Crown, Mountain Soccer or Steamboat Classic Lacrosse, please select another of our fine properties. No Oversized Vehicles: Oversized vehicles such as recreational vehicles, trailers and boats are not permitted at any of our rental properties and may be towed at the vehicle owner's expense.
