This 4 Bedroom 2,000 square foot residence has been beautifully decorated – featuring a main living area with a large flat screen TV and surround sound, flat screen TV’s in each bedroom, a gas fireplace, gourmet kitchen as well as a washer and dryer. An iPod docking station feeds your personal music into the central audio system which can also be streamed into the bedrooms. Ceiling fans in each room and "Nest" technology thermostats ensure a comfortable environment during winter and summer stays. With double-ovens and a large round dining table that will seat up to 8, its ideal for home cooked family style or catered meals.
The master bedroom suite offers the comfort of a king bed with luxury linens, plush bedding and private access to the balcony. The master bath features a Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. Two of the other bedrooms offer queen beds and the fourth has a twin over a full bunk bed, all with luxury linens and plush bedding. The second bedroom offers a private bath while the third has private access to a shared bathroom with the fourth bedroom. The fourth bedroom also has private access to the main balcony. Enjoy the glorious Yampa Valley sunsets from the west-facing back bedroom view.

Beautiful, well appointed property. Exceeded my expectations. My only issue was the soft beds. I prefer mattresses that are on the firmer side. Even with that, I would definitely stay here again.
