There is also a private balcony off the great room, a nice outdoor space to enjoy fresh mountain air! Both of the bedrooms are located on the lower level.

This is our 5th summer in Steamboat, our 4th with Mountain Resorts, and 2nd summer at the Phoenix 227. Once again, the place was PERFECT for myself and my kids. Close to the creek, very quiet and secure. This is the ideal place for us for a summer visit to Steamboat.

Love this place. We have stayed here before. The master bed could use a refresh(and it is squeaky). Also could not get heat to work in basement. Bedrooms were freezing. But over all we love this place!

My family and I stayed here while we were in town for a baseball tournament. It was very comfortable and homey. I loved the private garage. It did get a little warm during the day since there is no AC in the unit but there were plenty of fans provided. I would love to vacation here in the winter. I think it would be super cozy that time of year.

Very nice condo complex and unit. It had everything we needed. It was a short walk from the condo to the gondola/village. I would definitely stay there again. Steamboat is amazing!
