This nicely remodeled 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condominium at The Ranch sleeps six people and features a convenient single-story design with two private decks. The open living room offers a large flat-screen TV, cozy wood-burning fireplace, and comfortable furnishings including a brand new couch delivered in November 2016. The adjacent dining area offers a wooden table that comfortably seats six, with additional seating available at the kitchen counter. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops and stainless appliances. The living room, dining area, and kitchen all feature nice wooden floors. The private deck off the living room has a view of the ski area. The private deck off the kitchen offers a secluded feel, overlooking a wooded area and featuring a grill and seating for four. Down the hall from the living room is a half-bath and two bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, two closets, and an attractively remodeled en suite bathroom with a large glass-enclosed shower. The second bedroom includes a king bed, flat-screen TV, closet, and en suite bathroom. A washer/dryer in the unit adds to the convenience of your stay.

The Ranch at Steamboat Condominium Resort and Conference Center offers superior accommodations and services at extremely competitive rates. This 36-acre hillside location provides plenty of privacy and ample elbow room, plus spectacular views of the Steamboat Ski Area and Yampa Valley – yet is only minutes from all the action. The Ranch is renowned for its friendly, complimentary private shuttle service (winter only), which transports you to the ski area or downtown Steamboat Springs at your convenience.
The Ranch at Steamboat offers vacation rentals ranging from spacious 4-bedroom condominiums to more intimate 1-bedroom units, with a private bath for each bedroom. Each unit is beautifully appointed and has a full kitchen, private balcony, wood-burning fireplace, washer/dryer, at least two TVs, direct-dial telephones and private heated garages. High-speed internet access is provided in each condominium for guests who bring their network-ready portable computers.
Onsite amenities include a fitness center, outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, men's and ladies' saunas, and four outdoor tennis courts. Please note that the pool and hot tubs are open during winter and summer months only. Arrangements can be made to use the onsite conference room, as well as the catering service that utilizes the onsite professional-grade kitchen.

We love the Ranch! The staff is always so helpful with everything from shuttle service to hot tub reservations and maintenance in the unit if needed. They are always there to help to make your trip enjoyable. This is why we come back. Look forward to staying at The Ranch in the near future.

The unit that we stayed in at The Ranch was perfect. We have been coming to Steamboat in the summer for over 25 years and this condo was by far one of the best. We plan to be back next summer and liked the condo so much that we'll request this property again.

Our family has been visiting Steamboat for over 20 years and we have stayed at The Ranch many times. This was the nicest unit we have ever rented at The Ranch. Loved the open feel , the wonderful kitchen, and 2 master bedrooms with en-suite baths on one level. The only recommendation I have is to provide both firm and soft pillows.

Everything was excellent. We needed extra space to relax with my brother and sister in law,, celebrate our son's wedding, enjoy breakfast in house. The rooms were clean warm & spacious, had all the coffee pots, pans and kitchen essentials and beyond to get our days started right.
