This 2BD / 2BA condominium has a mountain views. The well equipped kitchen features stainless appliances, new cabinetry and granite counter tops. There is seating for six at the dining room table plus two bar stools at the granite kitchen counter with accent lighting. The living area has a 32" flat screen TV with a DVD player as well as a gas fireplace and a queen size sleeper sofa. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. Each of the bathrooms have been nicely updated with granite vanities. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The unit was nice. Getting our luggage to and from the unit was challenging, to say the least. Ski gear weighs a lot. Shuttle drop off and pickup was at the street down a long walkway. The elevator on the west side was not working.

Steamboat Holiday

This condo was just what we needed for our weekend. Plan was to ski hard and have easy access for two college sons to come and go to attend some on line classes and take in the opening playoff weekend for the NFL while maximizing skiing. Condo had everything we needed for home cooking, relaxing and great hot tubs too. Only issues which were minor (for us) was there is no easy access drop off lane to unload your car, but the boys Sherpa’d all the gear. TV/Dish network didn’t carry NBC due to lockout negotiations but easy access down to Wal Mart for an adapter to stream from a laptop. Overall fantastic weekend.

Perfect homebase for fun on the slopes

My partner and I stayed with a friend for a long weekend and it was the perfect home base. Check-in was easy, the included parking was a nice touch (barely made it with the 7'2" clearance with our RAV4+cargo bin), and it was 5 minutes walking to the gondola. Fireplace was great and the space was perfect for spacing out and relaxing. Would definitely recommend!

Ski weekend

Pros: great location, right across the street from lifts and shops/restaurants. Kitchen recently remodeled, had plenty of dishes/glassware. Unit was very clean. Hot tub area was nice - one inside, one outside. Cons: Parking. The parking garage was difficult to find and know for sure that was where we were meant to park to stay in this building; it's extremely low clearance - our SUV with Thule scraped the low-hanging pipes near the entrance. It's very small with limited parking for such a large building. And after parking, you have to walk up 3+ flights of stairs with all gear/luggage with no option for elevator until inside the building (which is separate from parking garage - have to exit the garage, go outside and up stairs, down pathway, to get to condo building.) Also exterior entrance to the condo.

Best Stay Yet

This was our families 5th trip to Steamboat and was by far the best experience in terms of lodging. The check in went smoothly. We did have a problem with one of the three keys we had and someone was out to help us within 5 minutes of our call to the office. The gentleman that came to help was very personable and helpful. Ski Time Square facilities were it fantastic conditions and the cleaning staff was seen constantly working around the building. Thank you for regaining our trust in the rental process as we have encountered some issues in the past. We plan to keep in touch because we would love to secure this location for our trip this time next year!!!

Everything was fantastic!

The condo was great, and we loved the fact that we didn't have to spotlessly clean the place before departing as well. This has been the case for us in the past with other locations, so we were so happy to not be concerned with that. We love Steamboat and Mountain Resorts was okay to deal with. Our only complaint was the knowledge of the Mtn Resort staff..they weren't able to answer our questions about a crockpot being available and about whether there was a ski locker provided at the condominiums. Also we arrived 2 hrs before check in and were told we could check in but then there was an issue and were told someone would call us in a half hr and we never received a call..drove around for an hr before going back and still couldn't get into the condo yet. We had been driving all night so this was a little frustrating. Other than these issues with the staff, we loved the condo, it was a perfect location at the base of the mountain, and the perfect space. We loved having the fireplace and being close to the hot tub. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at the Moose Haus and will definitely use Mountain Resorts again!!!
