Located just minutes from the mountain village, this property offers excellent access to activities at the resort as well as incredible views of the mountains and the Yampa valley! Offering two bedrooms and two bathrooms, wood look flooring throughout and lots of natural light from large windows through the living space and all bedrooms! Entertain or unwind by the gas fireplace and enjoy the ease of cooking in this well-appointed kitchen, which has granite countertops and large breakfast bar. The spacious living room and dining area are well presented with mountain inspired décor and artwork, and there is a private balcony that can be accessed from the living room and second bedroom.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and attached master bathroom (this bathroom is also accessed from the entry area). The second bedroom has two queen beds and attached private bathroom. All of the bathrooms are stocked with bath products and plush towels! For additional bedding needs there is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
Other amenities include complimentary high-speed wireless internet, flat screen TV and DVD player in the living room, and flat screen TVs in the bedrooms. There are also complimentary laundry facilities on 1st and 3rd floors, private ski-lockers, and underground parking for one vehicle. During the ski season this property also enjoys on-call shuttle service.

We thought the Condominium was excellent in terms of location and amenities. We very much valued the shuttle service, fitness room, and hot tubs. However, the furnishings were shabby in our unit and the mattress in the bed we used was horrible. As were the two bedspreads.

Excellent unit with good decor. Beds slept well. Kitchen was well equipped. We would definitely rent this unit again. The hot tub was not working on our first day of skiing. It was subsequently repaired. The wall thermostats did not seem to regulate heat as we basically turned off and the unit was still quite warm.

The unit was in great shape with nice finishes and the building was well-maintained. Walk out to skiing involves a couple staircases but overall pretty good access. Ski in involved a long narrow catwalk but very convenient to be able to ski straight back in.

Perfect condo for a weekend stay in Steamboat

This condo was the perfect choice for our girls weekend to Steamboat. The property was clean when we arrived, kitchen stocked with items we needed, beds comfy. The indoor pool was ok, although I prefer outdoor pools when I’m vacationing. But at least one hot tub was outside. You could definitely hear kids and other folks from the condos across the way (Slopeside ones) up until about 10pm. Then it all quieted down. I love Steamboat it’s a great place to visit!

Had a great time even with unseasonably warm weather the last few days. Managed to get 120+k vertical feet in 8 of 10 days. And nice walks on the off days. Storm Peak skied great, with a nice homeward bound run on Vagabond at the end of the day. I wish I could've stayed longer; but all good things come to a close. Missed the snow dump on the days after leaving.

Great location, spectacular views, nicely equipped kitchen, and nice decor. The condo on the fifth floor overlooks the resort and has spectacular views of the Yampa Valley and the mountains. Although it’s on the fifth floor it’s the main level entry for loading and unloading luggage so no stairs or elevators with luggage. To get to the lifts you just have to cross the street and go through the public walk-through and your at the Christy III lift. One of the Steamboat insider secrets is the Christy III lift - it takes you to the same place as Christy Peak but not nearly the same lift line. We showed up at 08:20 on a Friday powder day and were the 12th chair while the gondola line was wrapped around the building and past the Truffle Pig. The kitchen is nicely equipped with filtered water out of the refrigerator and a Keurig. The other rooms had nice decor and comfy beds. The TV in the living area allowed us to watch Netflix. The on-call shuttle was awesome. No need for a car. It took us to dinner, picked us up from the base area, and even to the grocery store. The Mountain Resorts staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

We were very impressed by the cleanliness and well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds too and wonderful views however it's location was noisy as it overlooked the bottom of the ski area with the screaming kids going up the chairlift and mountain slide all day.
