Location location location! This ground floor three bedroom three bathroom residence offers direct access to the mountain! This residence features a fully equipped kitchen, wet bar, washer and dryer, living room with plenty seating, flat screen TV and DVD player, and brick surround fireplace. The private patio can be accessed from the living room and the master bedroom and is just steps away from the amenity building.

The bedrooms consist of a master bedroom with a king bed, attached master bathroom with double vanity, shower, and soaker tub. The second bedroom has a king bed and attached bathroom, and the third bedroom features two twin beds, the third bathroom is located across the hall. All of the bedrooms feature flat screen TVs with DVD players and ceiling fans. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Great location for our family enjoying Steamboat over the Summer. Love that you can walk right outside to the slope, and the pool and deck area are right next door to the condo. Rooms were big. Beds comfy. Will bookmark this one for sure.

Truly ski in / ski out

Amazing location, put on your skis right off the patio, ski down to the gondola and you're off for the day. Ski right back for a quick lunch and right back out for the afternoon. Short walk just a hundred yards or so down the hill to the base for whatever you need. Check in and out was as easy as could be. Thanks for a great trip!

Glorious birthday

We came to Steamboat to celebrate my birthday and run the spring creek trail race. It was simply glorious to have such comfortable, well-equipped lodging. We were able to cook a gourmet meal because the kitchen was well stocked with pans and other utensils. We were able to do post-race recovery in the pool. Thank you - it was an amazing birthday!
