Condo unit was a little tired, could use some renovations, but this more than made up for by the staff who were very helpful and nice. Al was the BEST!!!!!!!

Location of this unit was amazing, but the staff created an experience. Al will forever be our best friend - he greeted us upon check-in and was the face of Chateau Chamonix. The entire staff of the resort was so friendly and helpful and made our vacation memorable. When we return we will only stay at Chateau Chamonix. Thanks so much for a wonderful family vacation!

Really great stay. Highlights were the location, great boot room and ski lounge. Nice to not have to cram wet gear into a small guest locker. Al, the host was so kind and friendly, checking/out was simple. Room was clean and comfortable, we had no issues. Shuttle service was phenomenal!

We loved the condo but the only issue is that the chairs around the dining table have no support most likely caused by worn out foam or seat supports. They are tough on your back when sitting on them. Otherwise we had a great time!
