Take in all the action on the lower mountain slopes from the warmth and comfort of this gorgeous two bedroom two bathroom condominium. The living room offers access to the private balcony, gas fireplace, and flat screen TV with DVD player, lovely seating arrangement, rich wood and slate table sets, with the dining table seating up to eight. In addition to the fully equipped kitchen there is a wet bar and wine rack, as well as a washer and dryer in the condominium.
The bedrooms consist of a primary bedroom with a king bed, attached primary bathroom with jetted tub and double vanity. The second bedroom has two twin beds, with the second bathroom located across the hall. All of the bedrooms feature flat screen TVs and an additional DVD player in the primary, and each room has ceiling fans. There is also queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

We always enjoy Chateau Chamonix and have rented many times. The workout room could use expanding and windows would be nice - some equipment wasn’t working either. . Also hot tubs were off color.

Great Location Friendly Staff

First, the staff was fantastic. Extremely nice, followed up with us before we arrived. Asked how our stay was going while we were there and if there was anything they could do for us while we were there. Really can't say enough. The condo #133 and location was fantastic. Views of the base were great in the morning before skiing and after watching the night skiing. The gondola is directly in front of you and almost goes directly overtop of the Chateau. If you sit in the hot tub and look up the gondola is almost directly above you. Ski in ski out could not be more convenient. Basically, you ski up to the patio and leave from the same location. Putting skis and boots on racks to be put away for drying is great for the night and easily put back on in the morning for skiing. If you want to head to the base out side of skiing for dining or shopping, it's just a short walk. I will definitely stay at the Chateau when we come back to Steamboat.

I honestly have no complaints. Staff was fantastic, the condo was fantastic. Clean, great views, great location. Staff was super friendly. We really loved the ski in ski out with the boot room and ski racks. It can't get more convenient.
