An incredibly well presented and inviting 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom residence at Chateau Chamonix located just steps away from the mountain trails. With everything you could need for the perfect mountain getaway, this residence has a fully equipped kitchen, gorgeous slate tile floors through the entry and kitchen, full sized washer and dryer, private balcony, and a relaxing entertaining area centered by the river rock fireplace.
The main bedroom offers a king bed, access to the balcony, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, large tub, and double vanity updated in 2022 with new countertops, fixtures, and mirrors. The 2nd bedroom also has a king sized bed with attached bathroom that features an updated (as of 2022) countertop, fixtures, and mirror. The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds, and there is another bathroom - fully remodeled as of 2022 - located across the hall with a walk-in shower. All the bedrooms feature flat screen TVs, as well as ceiling fans. There is also a queen sleeper sofa, with a memory foam mattress, in the living room.
