HM4D is a 2BD + Den, with 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 7 people.
The Highmark residences are located just 100 yards or so from the gondola and offer easy access to skiing as well as all the action at the Mountain Village.
This well-appointed residence offers 1,560 square feet to enjoy, featuring a large flat screen TV and surround sound in the living room, wood flooring, gas fireplace, gourmet kitchen as well as a washer and dryer. The private balcony off the main living area faces west and looks out at Emerald Mountain, a perfect place to enjoy the beautiful sunsets after a full day of activities.
The master suite offers western elegance with a gorgeous leather king bed, plus a twin sleeper sofa. The master bath boasts double vanity, Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and its own private bathroom. The Den has a twin/queen bunkbed. The third bathroom is located off the main hallway. Each of the bedrooms are made up with luxury linens and plush bedding.

We loved the property! And, having Nathan and his team as concierge was such a treat - top notch and made us feel special from the very beginning! The location was great and the shuttle service was so convenient! We have stayed at numerous properties in Steamboat and this was our favorite so far!

This was our first time to Steamboat Springs. We were blown away by the condo that we stayed in! It was clean, well supplied (we cooked most of our own meals) it is decorated very homey and location was within walking distance of most of our outings! The check in process was quick and easy, as was checkout, and the property manager was very helpful and sweet! We would definitely stay at this wonderful spot again and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling with friends or family

The staff could not have been more hospitable. Kate and team were fantastic. Ski valet situation was fantastic too. There was a maintqncw issue on the first night of our stay (heating in the second bedroom making loud noise). Was quickly fixed next day but seemed like a reoccurring issue.
