Realize the peak of alpine indulgence! This amazing Penthouse enjoys endless views of the gorgeous south valley from your private deck along with beautiful sunsets from the back bedrooms. The views from this residence are unmatched! This multi-level, spacious 2,300 square foot 4 bedroom + loft luxury residence has lavish finishes and furnishings throughout. The great room sets quite an impression with vaulted ceilings and dark leather sofas set in front of the gas fireplace. For entertainment factor there is a large wall mounted flat screen TV and surround sound, a gas fireplace. The Bluetooth compatible iPod docking station feeds your personal music into the central audio system which can also be streamed into the bedrooms. The gourmet kitchen will not disappoint, with double-ovens and a uniquely styled, large square dining table that will seat up to 10, home cooked family style meals are a must.
The master bedroom suite offers the comfort of a king bed. The master bath features a Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. A queen bed and a private bath are found in the second bedroom. The third bedroom offers a king bed with access to a shared bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed and private access to the main deck. Each of the bedrooms have flat screen TVs and are outfitted with luxury linens and plush bedding. Upstairs in the loft you'll find a queen bed, seating area and full bathroom. This residence has recently been updated with new carpet in the bedrooms, "Nest" technology thermostats, and paint throughout.
