Welcome to #303 at The Ranch at Steamboat. This two-level mountain home features 2BD /2.5BA, a 1-car garage and amazing views of the Steamboat Ski Area. The main level has the living room, kitchen and half bath, with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms downstairs. There is seating for six at the dining room table plus three bar stools at the kitchen counter. The living area has a 50-inch flat screen TV, as well as a wood burning fireplace. The master bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds. Living area has a queen sleeper sofa.

Ranch at Steamboat

The Ranch at Steamboat Condominium Resort and Conference Center offers superior accommodations and services at extremely competitive rates. This 36-acre hillside location provides plenty of privacy and ample elbow room, plus spectacular views of the Steamboat Ski Area and Yampa Valley – yet is only minutes from all the action. The Ranch is renowned for its friendly, complimentary private shuttle service (winter only), which transports you to the ski area or downtown Steamboat Springs at your convenience.

The Ranch at Steamboat offers vacation rentals ranging from spacious 4-bedroom condominiums to more intimate 1-bedroom units, with a private bath for each bedroom. Each unit is beautifully appointed and has a full kitchen, private balcony, wood-burning fireplace, washer/dryer, at least two TVs, direct-dial telephones and private heated garages. High-speed internet access is provided in each condominium for guests who bring their network-ready portable computers.

Onsite amenities include a fitness center, outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, men's and ladies' saunas, and four outdoor tennis courts. Please note that the pool and hot tubs are open during winter and summer months only. Arrangements can be made to use the onsite conference room, as well as the catering service that utilizes the onsite professional-grade kitchen.

plenty of towels, hot water great, beds comfy and decor fun! we tended not to use the closet for coats and thought hooks might be nice, even in the garage for things like helmets mittens, etc.

The condo was as described in the listing. It met or exceeded our expectations. It was clean and attractive. Check-in was effortless. The kitchen was well supplied with cooking and eating utensils. I loved sitting on the balcony in the morning drinking coffee in the 40 degree weather while it was in the 90's at home.

Everything exceeded or was in line with expectations. Wood fire place was great with plenty of firewood, great views of the mountain, right next to the hot tub... Clean and had all the amenities needed to really enjoy a stay.

The Ranch rocks!

Great time and experience staying at this unit - especially awesome views from the condo if the valley and ski resort - fireworks display on NYE was amazing. Only complaint - units need soundproofing upgrade - as it sounded like guests above always had their ski boots on and were stomping all the time - when it was just normal walking around - luckily bedrooms were downstairs and a lot more quiet. Overall great location and well appointed unit.
