This two level, three bedroom, three bath condominium has unobstructed mountain and valley views from the private deck and electric barbeque. There is hardwood flooring throughout the living and dining areas. The spacious kitchen features stainless steel Kenmore appliances. There is seating for eight at the dining room table plus three bar stools at the kitchen counter. The living area has a 42" flat screen TV with a DVD player as well as a wood burning fireplace and a queen size sleeper sofa. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a King size bed, an en-suite bath and amazing views. On the main level, the second bedroom has two twin beds. The third bedroom has two twin beds. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan. There is also a day bed in the loft area.

The Ranch at Steamboat Condominium Resort and Conference Center offers superior accommodations and services at extremely competitive rates. This 36-acre hillside location provides plenty of privacy and ample elbow room, plus spectacular views of the Steamboat Ski Area and Yampa Valley – yet is only minutes from all the action. The Ranch is renowned for its friendly, complimentary private shuttle service (winter only), which transports you to the ski area or downtown Steamboat Springs at your convenience.
The Ranch at Steamboat offers vacation rentals ranging from spacious 4-bedroom condominiums to more intimate 1-bedroom units, with a private bath for each bedroom. Each unit is beautifully appointed and has a full kitchen, private balcony, wood-burning fireplace, washer/dryer, at least two TVs, direct-dial telephones and private heated garages. High-speed internet access is provided in each condominium for guests who bring their network-ready portable computers.
Onsite amenities include a fitness center, outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, men's and ladies' saunas, and four outdoor tennis courts. Please note that the pool and hot tubs are open during winter and summer months only. Arrangements can be made to use the onsite conference room, as well as the catering service that utilizes the onsite professional-grade kitchen.

Unit was very, very nice. Great kitchen and master bed was so comfy! The decor was so nice and updated. Lovely view! Great to have a garage. Convenient hot tub and shuttle system. We loved it and hope to come back to this unit again soon!

Spacious condo for family trip

Our family of 5 (three teen boys) found plenty of space in this condo. Three bathrooms was a helpful feature. There are hot tubs nearby in addition to the one at the clubhouse. The shuttle service ran smoothly and got us back and forth to the gondola easily. The location is also close to food shopping and ski rentals, and an easy drive into downtown Steamboat. The price point for this rental seems about right for the quality of amenities and furnishings (not high-end).

We were thoroughly pleased with the overall appearance, how well everything was stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms and size of the dining table. The beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of firewood provided during our entire stay. The only criticism would be the sectional sofa in the living room. Each piece of the sofa would move when you tried to sit down making it awkward to sit or get up.

We had a blast in Unit 304. Loved the cowboy theme. Beautiful views of the mountains, stars, hot air balloons and humming birds from the deck. Quick walk down to play tennis and swimming at the club house. Beautiful condo to match the beautiful summer weather. We loved the hiking trails all around the property. My husband and his friend from Charlotte enjoyed theThe Rolling Stone Ranch Golf Club. Pretty course and great golf. We will be back unit 304!!!

We have stayed at the Ranch in the summer and winter. The Ranch is in a great location on the mountain, minutes away from downtown and close to the base area yet it is in a quiet somewhat private area that offers great views.In the winter they offer a free shuttle to and from the ski area that is really convenient. The staff is very friendly and the units we have stayed in have been great all with awesome views.The pool and hot tubs are very nice.A great place to stay to enjoy all that Steamboat offers in the winter and summer.
