This well presented two level, 2 BD / 2.5 BA condominium has a partial mountain and valley view with two private decks and electric barbeque. There are nice hardwood floors throughout the living and dining areas. The kitchen features granite counter tops, new cabinetry and a flat cook top stove. There is seating for six at the dining room table plus two bar stools at the granite kitchen counter with accent lighting. There is a 42" flat screen TV with a DVD player in the living area as well as a wood burning fireplace and a queen size sleeper sofa. The master bedroom has a King size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin over queen bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom.

The Ranch at Steamboat Condominium Resort and Conference Center offers superior accommodations and services at extremely competitive rates. This 36-acre hillside location provides plenty of privacy and ample elbow room, plus spectacular views of the Steamboat Ski Area and Yampa Valley – yet is only minutes from all the action. The Ranch is renowned for its friendly, complimentary private shuttle service (winter only), which transports you to the ski area or downtown Steamboat Springs at your convenience.

The Ranch at Steamboat offers vacation rentals ranging from spacious 4-bedroom condominiums to more intimate 1-bedroom units, with a private bath for each bedroom. Each unit is beautifully appointed and has a full kitchen, private balcony, wood-burning fireplace, washer/dryer, at least two TVs, direct-dial telephones and private heated garages. High-speed internet access is provided in each condominium for guests who bring their network-ready portable computers.

Onsite amenities include a fitness center, outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, men's and ladies' saunas, and four outdoor tennis courts. Please note that the pool and hot tubs are open during winter and summer months only. Arrangements can be made to use the onsite conference room, as well as the catering service that utilizes the onsite professional-grade kitchen.

Great condo very close to Steamboat

There were 6 adults staying at the condo. There were beds for 5 and a pullout couch for the 6th. Would have been nice to have a better pull out couch mattress, but the actual beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the living room and dining room were comfortable for all of us. There is a neighborhood/resort shuttle that you use an app to use. It was great during the day to get back and forth to the ski mountain… it would show up within 5 minutes. At night to get into the city for dinner, the shuttle took a while longer 30 minutes or more. All in all, it’s a great condo and I highly recommend and would stay again.

Great location and views. The shuttle service is very convenient. We had a few issues with a locked bathroom door but the complex handymen were quick to fix it. Could use some updating but otherwise great stay.
