Remodel completed in Oct 2019 – this stunning residence boasts brand new everything! Designed with mountain modern style and offering lovely classic interior spaces. This residence will definitely impress! The main floor takes in lovely sunlight, enjoys an open and spacious main floor living area that flows nicely from entry to living area and large open kitchen. With a modern yet warm white kitchen featuring an extended island with counter seating at the end, travertine backsplash, and stainless-steel appliances including a wine cooler. The living space has a plush sofa set in front of the wood burning fireplace and flat screen TV, as well as an oversized armchair with ottoman. The sliding glass doors lead out onto the private deck with high-top table and grill! The main floor also has a half bath which has beautiful stone vessel sink. *Please note: No Garage, outdoor parking space only.
Both bedrooms and the washer/dryer are located on the lower level. The master bedroom features a Queen bed, flat screen TV and gorgeous master bathroom with walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom has two full beds, large dresser, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and attached private bathroom with deep tub – perfect for soaking. For additional bedding needs there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

The Ranch at Steamboat Condominium Resort and Conference Center offers superior accommodations and services at extremely competitive rates. This 36-acre hillside location provides plenty of privacy and ample elbow room, plus spectacular views of the Steamboat Ski Area and Yampa Valley – yet is only minutes from all the action. The Ranch is renowned for its friendly, complimentary private shuttle service (winter only), which transports you to the ski area or downtown Steamboat Springs at your convenience.
The Ranch at Steamboat offers vacation rentals ranging from spacious 4-bedroom condominiums to more intimate 1-bedroom units, with a private bath for each bedroom. Each unit is beautifully appointed and has a full kitchen, private balcony, wood-burning fireplace, washer/dryer, at least two TVs, direct-dial telephones and private heated garages. High-speed internet access is provided in each condominium for guests who bring their network-ready portable computers.
Onsite amenities include a fitness center, outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, men's and ladies' saunas, and four outdoor tennis courts. Please note that the pool and hot tubs are open during winter and summer months only. Arrangements can be made to use the onsite conference room, as well as the catering service that utilizes the onsite professional-grade kitchen.

This is a beautiful recently updated condo. The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were fantastic. The location was near the front of The Ranch so we always were dropped off first, which was nice. Great place and would highly recommend.
