Remodeled in Fall 2019 - this lovely 2BD / 2.5BA residence at The Ranch at Steamboat is the ultimate mountain getaway! This property enjoys open and spacious main floor living spaces, with warm and inviting décor and furniture, as well as wood burning fireplace and flat screen TV. The kitchen and dining space make this perfect for entertaining or enjoying some family time. There is also a half bath on the main floor, access to the attached 1 car garage and a private deck offering up mountain and valley views.
Downstairs on the lower level you’ll find the two bedrooms and the washer/dryer. The master bedroom features a King bed, flat screen TV and gorgeous master bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and a Twin over Twin bunk bed, flat screen TV, and attached private bathroom.

Ranch at Steamboat
The Ranch at Steamboat Condominium Resort and Conference Center offers superior accommodations and services at extremely competitive rates. This 36-acre hillside location provides plenty of privacy and ample elbow room, plus spectacular views of the Steamboat Ski Area and Yampa Valley – yet is only minutes from all the action. The Ranch is renowned for its friendly, complimentary private shuttle service (winter only), which transports you to the ski area or downtown Steamboat Springs at your convenience.
The Ranch at Steamboat offers vacation rentals ranging from spacious 4-bedroom condominiums to more intimate 1-bedroom units, with a private bath for each bedroom. Each unit is beautifully appointed and has a full kitchen, private balcony, wood-burning fireplace, washer/dryer, at least two TVs, direct-dial telephones and private heated garages. High-speed internet access is provided in each condominium for guests who bring their network-ready portable computers.
Onsite amenities include a fitness center, outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, men's and ladies' saunas, and four outdoor tennis courts. Please note that the pool and hot tubs are open during winter and summer months only. Arrangements can be made to use the onsite conference room, as well as the catering service that utilizes the onsite professional-grade kitchen.

The condo was nice. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well-stocked. We loved that there were 2 tennis rackets and 1 tennis ball. We played tennis both dys and my sons enjoyed two hot tubs with friends.

What a lovely property this is! It is very quiet. The beds are very comfortable. My only suggestion would be to put black out curtains in the bedrooms as the outdoor lights are quite bright.

We had an amazing time at this property! The condo was the perfect size four our family of four. Everything was super clean and I love the design features in the bathrooms. We leveraged both of the outside patios for the views morning and night. We were just a few short steps away from the pool and tennis courts. The kitchen was stocked with anything you would need for cooking in. Tons of extra blankets and pillows. All the beds were really comfortable with great bedding. All in all, we loved this place and will definitely be back!

Very nice, comfortable & clean condo in building closest to pool & fitness center with awesome views of ski mountain. Comfortable furniture in great room. Lots of shelves & hooks for ski stuff. Beds very comfortable (Sleep Number bed in master); nicely decorated. Big dining room table & 3 barstools. 2 decks & BBQ grill. Newly done bathrooms. Full sized washer/dryer. Kitchen well appointed. Very nice dishes, glasses & silverware. Great place for a vacation with terrific shuttle service.
