Ranch at Steamboat
The Ranch at Steamboat Condominium Resort and Conference Center offers superior accommodations and services at extremely competitive rates. This 36-acre hillside location provides plenty of privacy and ample elbow room, plus spectacular views of the Steamboat Ski Area and Yampa Valley – yet is only minutes from all the action. The Ranch is renowned for its friendly, complimentary private shuttle service (winter only), which transports you to the ski area or downtown Steamboat Springs at your convenience.
The Ranch at Steamboat offers vacation rentals ranging from spacious 4-bedroom condominiums to more intimate 1-bedroom units, with a private bath for each bedroom. Each unit is beautifully appointed and has a full kitchen, private balcony, wood-burning fireplace, washer/dryer, at least two TVs, direct-dial telephones and private heated garages. High-speed internet access is provided in each condominium for guests who bring their network-ready portable computers.
Onsite amenities include a fitness center, outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, men's and ladies' saunas, and four outdoor tennis courts. Please note that the pool and hot tubs are open during winter and summer months only. Arrangements can be made to use the onsite conference room, as well as the catering service that utilizes the onsite professional-grade kitchen.

Everything was perfect! The staff at front desk was so friendly and someone came by our first morning to make sure we had enough fire starter. We loved this unit and the property so much! The shuttle service is very convenient. The hot tub facilities are top notch. Our unit was perfect for our family of four. The kitchen had everything we needed and the electric grill was great the one night we stayed in to eat. We hope to come back again soon!

After six visits to The Ranch we’ve stayed in I believe five different units now and RA511 tops the list. Great remodel, overlooked nothing. My only suggestion to other owners remodeling two bedroom units is to carpet the stairs and bedrooms to cut down on noise and “warm” up the bedrooms.

We all loved this condo! The furniture was comfy and adequate for our group of 6. The kitchen was perfect - Loved the electric kettle for boiling water, great coffee pot, lots of small well appreciated extras such as wine bottle stoppers, rolling pins, large ice cube trays. The View was amazing, we loved the deck.

This unit is in a great location with a nice view of the front side of the mountain. The unit is nicely furnished and very comfortable. The shuttle service to and from the ski hill is very convenient. Beds were a little too soft, though.

Fantastic Stay at The Ranch!

The Ranch was great! Beautiful location on the mountain. I love how the The Ranch offers amenities such as tennis courts, outdoor pool, nature walk and hot tubs. The pool area was very well maintained with plenty of lounge chairs, shade and colorful flowers. Overall the entire complex was very well maintained. Our unit was nice and offered all we needed with 2.5 baths and 2 bedrooms. The view from the balcony was serene, and the busy hummingbirds on our neighbor's balcony were a joy to watch. We had a dead car battery. The front desk sent over Casey, the maintenance supervisor, and he took great care of us, and checked back in the next day to make sure we were okay. I certainly play to stay at The Ranch again, hopefully during the winter!

Tim, Shannon, Aidan and William Helmberger There was very little snow on the Mountain, but the Ranch made the trip one our family will remember. The kids loved the outdoor pool and we loved the fantastic shuttle service. Everyone was incredibly friendly and answered every question we had. I'm not sure when we will be back in Steamboat (hopefully sooner rather then later) but the Ranch will be out number once choice in lodging.
