Perfect amount of space for 5 of us adults (parents with 3 adult children). Kitchen is nice and big and well stocked. We made all of our meals there. Very clean overall. Garage was really nice to have. The humidifiers provided were a great touch. We used all 3 of them! The only downside is the noise from the condo upstairs. Definitely hear foot steps but it was always quiet when we were going to bed about 9:30-10pm.

This was a wonderful condo! Great floor plan and kitchen stocked incredibly well. It was clean and comfortable and quite sound proof. Only heard anything from outside if we had windows or sliding door open.

Great property in a convenient location

As summer guests, we enjoyed the fact that the property included a garage so that we could store our bikes and kayaks. Property is very convenient to the Yampa River bike trail. A great set-up for families. Enjoyed evenings on the patio--no problems with mosquitoes!

We really enjoyed staying here! Beds were comfortable, and the condo had everything we needed. The floor plan was perfect and we loved the kitchen. We also liked being on the ground floor. It was also nice to have a garage that connects to the condo. There was easy access to the local trail system, and the river. As some of the other reviewers have noted, with this condo being in the ground floor, you can hear the footsteps of those above at times. This didn’t really bother us, and all the other conveniences more than made up for it. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a comfortable and cozy condo. We traveled with a toddler and really appreciated how family friendly the area and the condo were. There was room inside and out for an active kid as well as several nearby playgrounds. We wanted to be COVID safe and appreciated there was a lot to do within walking distance. The river trail and burgess creek trail were just a block or two away, and both were easy and stroller friendly.

The kitchen was well equipped so we could cook, the hot tub is close by so it was easy to use and not crowded , the place is well located just 5 mins from the ski mtn by car. Loved the heated floors in the master bathroom. All in all a good place to be.

Top Notch Location and Amenities

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo really exceed our expectations. The features that stood out the most to us included the heated garage, comfy and spacious interior, short walk to the bus stop and of course the updated master bathroom with heated floors! Even though our stay was short, we didn't want to leave. Another big impression that was left on us was how clean and orderly the condo was. The next time we are in Steamboat, this property will be our number one choice. Thank you again for such a great place to stay.

Great spot away from the base area

For not being right at the base, this was a great condo and only a couple of blocks from the action. it is also right on the bus route which was convenient for our family and we did not have to drive to the mountain and worry about parking. This condo seemed more like a home than a condo and the neighbors were all really nice too. We would stay here again!

Great weekend!

Loved your condo and Steamboat. We live in Colorado but have only been one other time! We'll be back sooner than later for sure! Loved the newly remodeled bathroom and the heated garage! Kitchen was large and very well appointed so thank you for that! Steamboat got a ton of snow the week before we arrived and so walking to the bus stop for skiing was a little hairy. Had we been able to walk out the back sliding door it would have been easier but there was so much snow and no shovel to clear it ourselves. That would be my only complaint.

Great Place and Great Price

We stayed here for a girls weekend in the mountains and could not have asked for a better place to stay. The location was amazing, the price was great. The condo was bigger than we had expected and because the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed all we had to bring was the food! I will absolutely be staying there again:)
