This entry level top floor two bedroom condominium has a partial mountain view and a private balcony. There is seating for six at the dining room table and four bar stools at the kitchen counter. The living area has a 32" flat screen TV with a DVD player as well as a gas fireplace and a queen size sleeper sofa. The main level master bedroom with French doors has a queen size bed and access to the main level bathroom. Upstairs, the loft bedroom has three twin beds and an en-suite bathroom.

Put the finishing touches on your day by strolling to apres ski activities, shops and restaurants in the mountain area. For your added convenience, winter shuttle service is provided for easy trips to downtown Steamboat Springs or the grocery store.
These studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom condominiums offer a variety of layouts, including lofts and dens, to provide affordable comfort and convenience for families and groups of varying sizes. This hillside building is entered from the parking lot on the sixth floor. The elevator services floors four through six. Stairs to the first level provide access to the slopes and hot tub.

Great location! Shuttle service was wonderful. The rental itself needs updating - peeling paint in bathroom, torn carpeting, 80s decor….otherwise it was great!

The unit was adequate for the three of us and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. For me, the price and the ski in/ski out were the best selling points. I liked that the kitchen was well appointed with appliances and cooking tools that we needed since we ate in almost all meals. The décor is dated and some simple and inexpensive upgrades would have made our stay even better (see below). I was impressed with the responsiveness and attitude of your staff. They were always helpful and pleasant in their response to our needs and questions. I would definitely rent the same unit again if and when we come back.

One of the best locations for ski in and ski out that is reasonably priced!!! However the unit needs MANY upgrades and fixes. I do have to give thanks to the Mountain Resort Cleaning Crew that does an amazing job of physically cleaning the unit as best as possible.
