Walk to Slopes

This spacious and well-appointed four bedroom townhome offers a mountain view and nearby access to the Steamboat ski slopes. The slate tile entryway is equipped with a bench, cubbies, and hooks for storing your gear. There is also a half bath with pedestal sink near the entry, adjacent to the kitchen and great room. The open great room on the main level combines the kitchen, dining, and living areas for comfortable family gatherings. The well equipped kitchen has granite countertops and modern appliances, and is accompanied by a gas grill on the deck. There is seating for eight at the large dining room table and an additional three bar seats at the kitchen counter. The dining area steps out to the upper deck with scenic mountain views and outdoor seating for two. The living area is warmed by a gas fireplace, and provides entertainment on a 42 inch flat screen TV with DVD player. No private garage.

The main level master bedroom is appointed with a king size bed, 36 inch flat screen TV, and gas fireplace. The en-suite master bath features double vanity sinks, a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The remaining three bedrooms are located downstairs on the lower level. The second bedroom provides a king bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower, and walks out to lower patio, offering more great views. The third bedroom also offers a king bed, along with its own en-suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom is equipped with two sets of twin over twin bunk beds adjacent to the lower level den area. This mountainside residence is also equipped with washer and dryer on the lower level for added convenience.

Great condo... we accessed the mountain right out the back patio door. Short run to the gondola. Return was a little sketchy the first time just because we didn’t know exactly what to expect. Snowboarders and skiers were able to get steps from condo from the trail. We all wished the hot tubs would have been available. Covid restrictions had them closed. Shuttle service was exceptional. Will definitely be back.
