CrossTimbers 2681 offers 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and is spread out over 3 floors. It’ll be easy to relax and or entertain at this property, with family and friends, through summer and winter! Enjoy alfresco dining on the deck off the living room or cozy up next to the gas fireplace through the winter months. This large and inviting space boasts a mountain rustic flare and beautiful timber log accents throughout. You will appreciate the spacious layout, large windows and vaulted ceilings that the great room offers, as well as the fully equipped kitchen, as well as the deck off the main floor. In early summer 2023 this townhome had A/C installed on the main floor and upstairs primary bedroom.

Bedrooms are spread out over the 3 floors, with the primary upstairs, 2nd bedroom on the main floor and the other 2 bedrooms are located on the entry level.

This luxury townhome village offers incredible views and an ideal location just 200 yards from the Steamboat Ski Area. I would have gave it 5 stars, however it was difficult to control the temperature in each room and the bathroom fan in the primary bathroom was extremely loud. Great location and neighborhood.

Property was as described. bedrooms were large enough to have luggage not make you feel confined. Showers and linens were excellent. The property managers contacted us several times to be sure we were satisfied and needed anything. The shuttle was convenient for evening. We did not feel need to take shuttle to and from the slope as the walk was short to the hill, less than 200 yards. The ski rental at Christy's Sports was maybe three hundred yards. Livingroom and kitchen were adequate for eight people. Place was clean and the garage was a plus.

Really lovely!

It was a great weekend trip with my elderly mother and 2 young children. Close proximity to activities, space for everyone to have their own room and the kitchen was stocked well with cooking elements. I would love to stay there again in the future, just an amazing rental! Only two very minor things missing, I could not turn on the ceiling fan in the master- likely operator error, maybe some instructions as the light switch was unique. The second was I was unable to get a humidifier working in either the master or main floor rooms- not a requirement but nice in the summer, in the winter a humidifier is a must! Very minor things- it did not limit my enjoyment one bit.

Great vacation

The property was perfect for our large group. Very close (five minute walk) to the Gondola and ski area. The town home actually has 4.5 bathrooms (I believe the listing said 3.5) so every bedroom has it's own bathroom which is very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Good for extended family

The layout of the unit, bedrooms on three levels, made for a comfortable stay for the 8 of us (3 couples and two singles). The decor has that heavy "Western" theme which is a little corny, but the furniture and beds were all comfortable. Location very convenient.
