RA517 is newly and uniquely renovated throughout. Located at the beautiful and tranquil Ranch at Steamboat, you will marvel at the phenomenal views of the ski mountain and sweeping views of the Yampa Valley. The interior boasts a lighter and brighter, warm and welcoming farmhouse flair including shiplap walls, a remodeled master bathroom with walk-in “barndoor” glass shower, all new lighting, mountain ranch style furnishings, décor, and artwork. The window coverings were designed to insure maximum focus on the picturesque views of the mountain and ski trails. Both new gondolas are seen gliding up and down from the living and dining room windows and as night falls the lighted runs etch the mountain slopes. It’s magical! Everything, down to the kitchen sink, has been carefully considered to provide a “down home feel” for your stay.

The Ranch is noted for its top-notch app assisted shuttle service. Our door to slope service avoids the mass commercial shuttle transport stations and is unmatched for convenience and timeliness. It has been described as easier and more comfortable than ski in/ski out complexes.

Ranch 517 features 2BD/2.5BA and offers living spaces on the one level and the bedrooms on the lower level. SLEEPS 6 (MAX 4 Adults)

Ranch at Steamboat

The Ranch at Steamboat Condominium Resort and Conference Center offers superior accommodations and services at extremely competitive rates. This 36-acre hillside location provides plenty of privacy and ample elbow room, plus spectacular views of the Steamboat Ski Area and Yampa Valley – yet is only minutes from all the action. The Ranch is renowned for its friendly, complimentary private shuttle service (winter only), which transports you to the ski area or downtown Steamboat Springs at your convenience.

The Ranch at Steamboat offers vacation rentals ranging from spacious 4-bedroom condominiums to more intimate 1-bedroom units, with a private bath for each bedroom. Each unit is beautifully appointed and has a full kitchen, private balcony, wood-burning fireplace, washer/dryer, at least two TVs, direct-dial telephones and private heated garages. High-speed internet access is provided in each condominium for guests who bring their network-ready portable computers.

Onsite amenities include a fitness center, outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, men's and ladies' saunas, and four outdoor tennis courts. Please note that the pool and hot tubs are open during winter and summer months only. Arrangements can be made to use the onsite conference room, as well as the catering service that utilizes the onsite professional-grade kitchen.

Very cozy condo. Views amazing. We have stayed at several units at the ranch and this one was our favorite. Location was perfect for pool and just few steps away from hot tub. Tastefully decorated. If we stay at the ranch again, we will try and stay here again!

Great condo with nice amenities

The condo is spacious and cozy with a nice kitchen, living room and master bedroom and great views of the mountain. The property (the Ranch at Steamboat) has an on-demand shuttle system that makes going to and from the property really easy. It even drops off at the Torian ski shop which allows you to click into your bindings and ski right down to the lift or gondola. The property has very nice outdoor hot tubs that are covered by an open air roof (several throughout) which are reservation only during COVID. We were easily able to schedule a time and enjoy the tub to ourselves. Inside the condo we loved the fireplace. It's awesome. You'll see.

What an amazing vacation! The condo was great- we couldn’t get enough of the views- so beautiful from every window. The shuttle was easy to use and so convenient- esp with covid, pick up was at the door! We are a family of 6 - condo is super comfy to sleep 4; for 6 we had to use the queen air mat bc no one wanted to sleep upstairs alone on the pull out couch lol. This was one of my favorite vacations ...we will come back, God willing !!

Great stay!! Perfect for covid, so much space, private entrance meant little interaction with those outside our party. All staff wore masks. Shuttle was very convenient, dropping us off and picking us up. Usually about a five minute wait. Kitchen was equipped, bedding was comfortable. 4 of us stayed and had plenty of space. Super clean - I’m fussy and bring my own supplies but place was spotless!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo met all our needs and then some. Private shuttle service was great but the best part was the mountain view from every room in the condo, especially at night when the mountain was lit up for night skiing!!! We will be back for sure!!

Steamboat Springs weekend

The rental condo and the Ranch facilities were great! The unit was clean and had all amenities including TVs in both bedrooms. Wonderful Experience

Our family of four, including two boys ages 4 & 6, just got back from a wonderful trip to Steamboat and The Ranch #517. The condo could not have been a better setup for us - spacious, great views, close to the hot tub (big hit with the boys), proximity to the slopes, and all the kitchen items we needed. Very clean and well taken care of, this unit is a real gem. Great customer service at The Ranch, and the shuttle service blew away my expectations. The drivers were very friendly and extremely prompt. We had absolutely no need to rent a vehicle. Thanks to Mountain Resorts for a smooth process and to the owners who truly have a great place in Steamboat. We look forward to our next stay!
